Bakery vs meat review rule
Bakery items may fit a cottage-food path when the item is allowed, shelf-stable, labeled, and locally reviewed. Meat, poultry, seafood, cream, custard, and full prepared meals need separate review and should not be opened for ordering until the chef has the right MEHKO, licensed-facility, or other approved setup.
Compliance documents required
Upload a permit, registration, food-handler certificate, commercial-kitchen agreement, or other proof. If your path does not use a formal permit, explain the rule that applies before submitting. Empty applications cannot be reviewed.
